At Arte by Carmen, we are committed to offering high-quality personalized products designed with care and attention to those customers who want them. Due to the nature of our personalized products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on any of our wedding invitations, envelopes, other wedding stationery products or wax/rubber stamps.
We take our responsibility to ensure that each of our products meets the highest quality standards very seriously. Therefore, before we send you any order, we will send you a digital proof of your design so that you can review it and make any necessary changes before your products are printed. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to resolve it in the best way possible.
Please note that once you have approved the digital proof of your design and your products have been printed and produced, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will be happy to help you and find a suitable solution. However, for your peace of mind we always carry out a review prior to shipping each product to ensure that they comply with the purchase and quality conditions.
